Undead Paladin Name Generator

Note: Undead characters can't be Paladins in Forever. Playable Undead classes: Warrior, Rogue, Priest, Warlock, Mage.

Forsaken names start as human names and then decay a little. Many undead keep the first name they had in life, like Edwin or Mara, while others take on something colder or more clipped. Their capital lies in the sewers and crypts beneath the ruined city of Lordaeron, and their identity comes from breaking free of the Lich King's control under the Banshee Queen. Surnames work best as grim epithets or faded family names: grave, ash, bone, rot, or dusk compounds. In WoW Forever, a plain first name with an eerie surname feels authentically Forsaken.

Paladin names carry a sense of oath and duty: noble first names, bright surnames, and words like dawn, light, oath, and valor. Lore-style paladins sound like knights of an old order, while funny names often play on bubbles, hammers, or holy puns. Trollish paladin names stand out because the class takes itself so seriously. The class fantasy is a holy warrior who protects others, so a name with a little gravity goes a long way.

These names still pair faded human names and grave-cold epithets with oath-bound noble names and dawn-bright surnames.

      Frequently asked questions

How does NameForge build names for Undead Paladin characters?

It combines a first name styled for Undead characters with a surname that leans toward Paladin themes, using hand-authored banks baked into the page. Every pair is checked against the WoW Forever character-name rules and a blocked-word list before you see it.

Which faction are names for Undead Paladin characters built for?

These names are built for Horde characters, since Undead characters belong to that faction. Guides report that PvP ruleset characters are locked to one faction per region, so if you plan to play PvP, make sure your whole group agrees on Horde before reserving.

What if my Undead Paladin name is already taken?

Keep the first name and try a different second name, since only the full pair must be unique in your region. Use the surname generator for fresh options, and keep a few ranked backup pairs ready before Early Name Reservation opens on October 27.
